For $15, the entire suite can be used on all operating systems. For $10, you can get a license for either Windows, MacOS, or Linux. Geekbench is available as a trial version that covers most benchmark tests. It also offers an extensive database to compare system performance across devices, operating systems, and processor architectures. Additionally, it can test your GPU’s power with support for the OpenCL, CUDA, Metal, and Vulkan APIs. ![]() The Compute Benchmark can test your system’s potential for gaming, image processing, or video editing. It is capable of stress testing a CPU’s single-core and multi-core capabilities and measuring performance in areas including Augmented Reality and Machine Learning. You can use it on a wide range of devices including laptops, tablets, and smartphones running on Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. So anything you guys can do would be great, thanks. Just doing a quick google search showed that other users have had similar and in some cases massively worse issues dating back 3 plus years. This app cost $10 bucks and you guys have been around for quite a while so theres no reason to have such a serious flaw going on. I tried the trial app downloaded directly from the the app website (which is actually a newer version) and not only does the Metal bench still not work but the CPU bench also is a little buggy quiting before the test finishes with no score. So I don't really know what my Metal capabilities are. ![]() Everytime I run that particular test it gets to about 3 quarters on the progress bar and then just quits with no score readout. The only test that doesn't work is the Metal API compute bench. I give this app 4 stars because all the benchmarks except for one work really well.
